This website
This site sets no cookies for visitors, uses no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. The only cookie is a strictly necessary session cookie used in the organisers' admin area. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes.
When you email us
If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to organise the thing you've contacted us about. We don't share it or add you to any list without asking.
Mailing list and event registration
If you ask to join our mailing list or register for an event by email, we keep your name and email address only for that purpose. Ask us at any time and we'll remove you.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email hello@hertscyber.org. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
